Returns Policy

At GPR3D, we work with high-tech and high-precision equipment. Our goal is to ensure the full satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to exercise your withdrawal from the purchase under the conditions detailed below, in strict compliance with current consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquired material possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement. We recommend doing so by writing to Info@GPR3D.com indicating your order number.

2. Condition of the Equipment

Given the technical nature of our products, for a return to be accepted, the material must meet the following:

* The equipment must be returned in its original packaging, including all internal protections.
* It must include all accessories, cables, manuals, and original guides.
* The product must not show signs of use beyond mere testing. Returns of equipment with impacts, marks of field use, or dirt will not be accepted.

3. Important Exceptions (Software)

Please note that returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for:

* Software and Digital Licenses: Any software that has been unsealed, activated, registered online, or linked to a user account.
* Products clearly personalized or custom-configured upon customer request.

4. Shipping Costs and Procedure

* Voluntary Return: If you decide to return the product due to withdrawal, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our facilities in Peñíscola. We recommend using an insured service.
* Original Defects: If the product arrives defective, GPR3D will take charge of the collection and replacement at no cost to the customer.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the product and our technical service verifies that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to issue the refund using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The credit will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the material.
